1. Residence, curate and lecturer: I do reside personally on my Cure & in ye Parsonage house. I have no Lecturer.

2. Other benefices: I have but one Benefice.

3. Divine service at other churches: I Perform no Divine Service at any Church besides my own.

4. Frequency of divine service: Divine Service is perform'd Twice every Lds Day.

5. Frequency of communion: The Sacrament of the Lord's Supper is administred 4 times in ye year & about 60 Communicants.

6. Catechising of children: I Catechise my Children in ye Parish every year between Easter & Whitsunday.

7. Church fabric: The Church & Chancel are in good repair & all things kept in decent order.

8. Glebe terrier: The Terrier of ye Glebe Lands is in good Repair.

9. Number of families: I have about 80 Families in my Parish.

10. Chapels: I have no Chapel within my Parish.

11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: There is reputed Papist within my Parish.

12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: There is no Charitable endowment & but one Common scool in my Parish.

13. Charity: There is no Tenement left to pious Uses within ye parish.
